Return & Refund Policy
1. Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Replacement
If a product is defective upon receipt, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a DOA claim.
2. Warranty Coverage
Kingston RAM Modules
Kingston products carry Kingston's manufacturer warranty. For warranty claims, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will assist you through the process.
IWILL Mini PCs
3-year NTelco local warranty. Covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or accidents.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Return Conditions
- Original packaging must be intact and included
- All accessories, cables, and documentation must be returned
- Products must show no signs of physical damage or misuse
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened and used (unless defective), custom-configured systems, and software licenses are not eligible for return.
