These terms govern your use of ntel.hk and any purchases made through the site. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on ntel.hk are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of order placement.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance at NTelco Limited's sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

Full payment must be received before dispatch of goods. We accept payment via FPS, bank transfer, credit card, and cash on meetup. Payment instructions will be provided via WhatsApp after order confirmation.

5. Risk of Goods

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. Once goods have been delivered to the address provided by the buyer, NTelco Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ntel.hk, including text, images, and logos, is the property of NTelco Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTelco Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
